皆さまに愛されたロングセラーメニュー

お店でコックが１枚ずつ丁寧に、ふんわり黄金色に焼き上げる、こだわりの

パンケーキです。

今回、焼き上がりの香りが豊かにになり、ふんわりさっくりとした食感で、

より美味しくなりましたので、お子さまも大人の方にもたくさん召し上がって

いただき、笑顔になってほしい！という思いから、

本企画を実施することにしました。

はじめに焼きたてのパンケーキを５枚お持ちします。

子供の頃に絵本で見たような、高く盛ったパンケーキにとろ～り

メープルシロップをかけて、どうぞ召し上がれ

そのあと、「まだ食べられるよ！」という方は、追加で枚数をお申し付けください。

焼き立てをお召し上がりいただきたいので、追加も１回あたり最大５枚までと

させていただきます

場所は、東京の有明にある「ビッグサイト（東京国際展示場）」です

いつもほんとに様々なイベントを実施している場所なのですが、

本日の目的は「厨房設備機器展」。

一緒に「ＨＯＴＥＲＥＳ　ＪＡＰＡＮ」や「フード･ケータリングショー」が

開催されているんですよ

実は以前、ブログでも紹介したロイヤルホスト馬事公苑店を含め、

複数店舗で電化厨房を使っていまして、

電化厨房を使ったデモンストレーションを行っているのです

東３ホールの奥にある「東京電力」ブースに到着

するとそこには、ロイヤルホストのオレンジ色の看板がっ

あ、くるくる回転はしておりませんが・・・

「東京電力」さんのブースで、様々なレストランやホテルのコックさんが

電化厨房を使って様々な料理を作っているのですが、

私たちは、この「ＲｏｙａｌＨｏｓｔ」の看板がある右側の厨房機器で、

ロイヤルホストの伝統の料理「コスモドリア」「パンケーキ」「ハンバーグ」を

作っているのです

そしてこの３品、皆さまにもご試食いただけるんですよ

お店への入口の垂れ幕は、大人気の「黒×黒ハンバーグ」です

新メニューをご紹介する、のぼりはコチラ。

今回の‘春’の新メニューは、‘野菜’をもっと一緒に食べていただきたい、という

「野菜をPLUS」がテーマでございます。

今回、‘野菜メニュー’は、こちらも人気の「８８サラダ」を含め、

「８８サラダ３兄弟」になって登場しています。

まずは、「１８８（いちはちはち）サラダ」

別名：きたあかりの温製ポテトサラダ　１８８円（税込１９７円）がコチラ。

はちはちサラダのキャベツしゃきしゃきもうれしいけど、

北海道のきたあかり（じゃがいも）やにんじん、ブロッコリー、たまねぎなど

ほっこり系の野菜が入っているこの１８８サラダ、わたしは大好きでした

そしてまた、このツナドレッシングが他にはない、濃厚な味わいなんです。

お酒が飲みたくなっちゃうかも・・・

続いて「２８８（にはちはち）サラダ」　

別名：ツナと玉子のサラダ　　２８８円（税込３０２円）がコチラ

こちらはですね、ほんと１人前で食べてもかなりのボリュームです

５種類の野菜にツナ、玉子が入っていて、柑橘系のさわやかな

アドリアンドレッシングをあわせてます。

ドリンクとセットにすると、よりお得になるんですよね～

私のランチタイムの味方になってくれそうな気がする・・・。

‘野菜’っていっぱい食べたいな～と思っているんだけど、

おうちでサラダや野菜メニューをつくろうとすると、

材料をいろいろ入れるのは難しいし、

どうしても似たようなメニューになってしまうんですよね～

あ、私の調理技術の問題かもしれないんですが・・・

なので、‘野菜’がたっぷりつかったメニューがいろいろあって、

さらにその中から自分の今の気分に合わせて選べるのが

うれしいなって思いました

今回、サラダをご紹介しましたが、他にもスープやオーブンエッグ、グラタンなど

野菜をつかったたーくさんのメニューが誕生していますので、

順次、ご紹介していきますね。
